→ On first impression, he's a vaguely air-headed, very strange, friendly-but-still-rather-rude British man with the attention span of a particularly flustered magpie. Beyond that, you get a Really Old, Extremely Tired and Stupidly Intelligent alien Time Lord.

→ Getting very, very restless! Which... could be both good and bad.

routines
→ Every morning, he can be found talking with the hotel's old lady clerk. Otherwise, he goes ... literally everywhere legally for now. Library, clothing departments, video arcade, food court. He probably even hangs out at the laundromat.

do / do not want
→ Great at getting characters out of their comfort zone! Interested in mechanics? Like crazy theories and uncomfortably personal debate? Want to maybe infiltrate the off-limits area, or at least poke your nose into places it shouldn't go? If you can stand him, he's your guy.

-- But no, really, I'd love any and all types of CR. C8; He does honestly need someone who will ground him (or sass back at him) from getting too reckless, but people who go along with it are just as great. Or people he can unnerve or challenge or ruffle up. Or adventure around Gora with. Or trade fashion advice. Or. ... Seriously, anything. ;A; Just count on him being overly energetic about it.

Unless, of course, it's war. Um. Guess my only do not want at the moment is extreme violence. Thooough once they learn even a tiny bit of control over Wordspell, he'll be going overboard on practicing it. As a... future point, if anyone'd like it.

Actually, you know what. If you're willing to stand there and listen to him talk, he'll probably love you. So um. Functional hearing.

→ Prone to dragging people into whatever strikes him at the moment. Can also be very moody and mentally jump tracks in the middle of conversation, so if he whiplashes from pleasant to accusatory, I promise it's most likely nothing personal...!
If he gets too overbearing/annoying, don't be afraid to tell me right away. ;a; He annoys me sometimes, honestly, so I'll make sure to back off.

Sass away. Sass all the time. Unlike Chell, though, he has the tendency to sass right back. ... For all that it'd deter GLaDOS?

Ppff, she tried to get Chell's goat before. If anything having someone who can talk back is all the more interesting.

Neku is just grumpy about everything, so he's a good grounding point, I'd think!

So long as he makes his opinion on it known, he would be awesome! All that grumpiness means the Doctor'll try to provoke him into doing a lot of random things, though, as a warning--

Change-up from ghosts, awww yeah. Danny'll probably be able to call alien on him the second they hit space talk, too.

He was friends with two really ridiculous people in canon! One of which is already here! I think he's had some practice in it.

Ghosts are... cool. Ish. Gets old after they attack you so often, but aliens are totally where it's at!

I wouldn't mind some dragging KAITO out of his comfort zone too, and he isn't the type to get aggravated by someone unless something big happens.

I'd love to keep on that bit of CR! C: The Doctor could... /try/ to help KAITO be more human, but that would probably be more hilarious than anything, and so all he'd really be good for is branching out in food things. And bad hair advice. Don't take any of it, KAITO.
